Low energy consumption, low operation costs as a result of excellent thermal insulation (approx. 0,4 kWh/kg aluminium)

Very low heat loss

High-quality heating elements (Kanthal A 1 for 1100 °C and Kanthal APM for 1300 °C furnaces)

Long service life of heating elements, because heating wire is wound on ceramic tubes, free heat radiation

Uniform heating of the melt and crucible due to heating from 4 sides

Edge of bale-out opening covered by heat-resistant cast-iron ring, thus protecting against mechanical damage

Optimum protection for the crucible by cover plate made of refractory concrete

Emergency drain outlet
